Had an oil leak whilst visiting Liverpool and the extremely helpful gentleman offered me 500ml of oil free of charge as I had come without my wallet - highly recommended service as would have been stuck otherwise
First time using the garage as I had a local resident recommend it to me. John who I assume is the owner was very pleasant. And for the first time every using a garage the price was lower than what was quoted. Had a fair ammout of work done to get my old banger through the MOT and was very impressed how much I was quoted to get the work done. I was even more delighted that the price I paid was less than the qoute. I have always been threatful when the dreaded MOT has been due. Prescot car centre has destroyed my previous expectations. By completing the large amount of work under the very reasonable price originally quoted. I can honestly say this is the best experience with a garage in my 23 years motoring history.
I have just left my Zafira at Prescot Car Center,this is the 4rd time I have been,my first 2 times were for punctures,the 3rd time was for MOT, but this time my Tailgate will not operate on the central locking system.You are always made to feel at ease when you call in & things are done quickly,my punctures were sorted within the time stated by the manager,although the 2nd time I called in the tyre was unrepairable,that was no problem,I was called to tell me of the problem,the manager fitted a tyre which was roadworthy & it only cost me the price of the repair,I recommend the PCC for any vehicle problems & i'd like to thank the staff for their courtesy & prompt service.
