Feel TOTALLY Let Down by Lewis..On the recommendation of Gornals Funeral services, we Arranged to meet Lewis to Discuss putting my Deceased Mothers name on an existing headstone.He Told us that it would take 5 weeks to complete.After the 5th week and NO phone call from Lewis and tte the job not done.I PHONED Him again and was told it would be Another 2 more weeks So again at the end of the 2nd week i AGAIN had to phone Lewis to see if the job had been completed..To My Surprise the job still hadn't been completed. He then Promised that it would be definitely done in Another 2 more weeks to my HORROR..I told him that it had to be done for my Mothers Birthday on the 8th Of November 2016..By the end of the 9th week and Again NO phone calls we called into the church yard and GUESS WHAT Work STILL Hadn't been done I Have NOW CANCELLED The job with Lewis and now have to wait AGAIN For my Mothers name to be put on a Headstone from a Different Stonemason....LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND BEEN CONSISTENTLY LIED TO WE WOULD NEVER USE HIM AGAIN
