I rang this morning to order some flowers for a friend - I was unsure whether I had left it too late to sort out but the lady I spoke with said the morning deliveries hadn't left so mine could be included. She was so helpful and efficient. What was even better was that about an hour later my friend text to confirm she had received some beautiful flowers and sent me a picture. They were gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. Great service, lovely lady, such a positive experience. Thank you very much indeed.
