I and my Mrs had found this firm very friendly ,professional and carried out work according to their promise and very efficiently . We used them to sell our property . In the past we used them for some financial matters and they complete our work with great care. We recommend them for any property matter , making trust deed and will matter.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! The worst customer service I have ever received - and to come from a solicitor was as surprising as it was disappointing.The solicitors cashed a cheque from my previous mortgage provider which was payable to myself after a house move. However, they made no effort to notify me or forward on the funds on. It was only 2 months later after chasing, that they acknowledged they had received the money - but as of yet have provided no explanation at all as to why they kept hold of these funds.I'm left with having to escalate the issue with the financial ombudsman, which is a pain that I hope no one else has to endure after dealing with this business.The lack of response has been terrible (couldn't get a reply from the owner despite calling morning and afternoon for 4 days solid) and they don't even adhere to their own complaints policy that they sent to me.If you were thinking of employing this company, please reconsider as, in my experience, any short term financial saving will quickly be outweighed by the difficulties you will have in dealing with the businessIn my view the business doesn't warrant the 1 star that i'm obliged to give it here.Responding to the owners reply:I did indeed contact my bank ref the cheque - and I had to because your business had cashed it into your own account, and then failed to notify me in anyway that you had received a cheque at all. It was only when chasing up that you acknowledged you had received and cashed a cheque that was owed to me. I have all the dates confirmed by the bank, which establishes that you cashed this on the 19th July, and I received this back to me on the 18th September. In my view, this is AT BEST inept, and could very easily be received as dishonest.I have had to place so many calls and emails to your business as in the vast majority of instances my communication has been ignored.I have only ever felt compelled to leave 3 google reviews - the other 2 were very positive left as a result of the business employed doing a good job.To clarify, its not my impatience (you are still yet to officially respond despite this running on for longer than your own complaints procedure) but your incompetence that has coloured my view of your business.I reiterate my recommendation to anyone else to avoid employing your business, and I continue to await a response as to why you cashed and kept, a cheque that was payable to me.Finally - just to add, that you simply have to read the other reviews left on google in order for it to be painfully clear that you do not, " always please our clients". From the 8 reviews left - only 4 are positive, so you're managing to hit 50% positive review rating. This in itself is probably indicative of the level of competency that can be expected from I E Legal
Katherine was really quick and efficient when doing our conveyancing, would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to buy/sell a property. All staff were polite and friendly whenever I called or attended the office. Perfect service.
Waist of time. From day one said that solicitor looked into all documents and it's all good to go just sing the contract. After 6 months of waiting they just told me that solicitor looked at paperwork just now and there will be extra charge. Don't bother people.
