Clean and quiet, all you need for a good night sleep
Stayed here for my wedding. The staff were amazing. Even bought me a little wedding gift I would stay here again.
Reception staff really nice and helpful. Room spotless had a 10 out of 10 sleep..perfect. Rushing off next morning checked out without a final check of room and we only drove off leaving my car key..house keys..wallet and spare change on b/side table!!!! Rang reception explained what had happened who reassured me that she would retrieve them from the room asap and leave them for me at reception. Excellent service.
Just stayed for a night with my son as we went to watch Liverpool play football. We live in Cornwall so didn't know much about the area. The girls on the reception desk were really helpful, one even let us park outside her house so we didn't have to pay for parking and even wrote down directions for us to get to the stadium. Top girl, top Premier Inn, will stay next time we go to Liverpool :)
A little disappointed that despite calling reception twice 6 months before our booking to request a room on the ground floor, being told that wasn't a problem each time, to arrive and find out we have a room on the upper floor was very annoying, especially when you are arrived fairly late at night, we only requested a ground floor room because two members of our party are disabled. The staff are very friendly and other than the issue with the room we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately Premier Inn don't own the pub next door and this meant that they had no control over the opening times or the quality of the food, the food was very disappointing and completely inedible I wouldn't go back to this place if I was starving I'd rather walk around the corner to the Texaco garage and buy a 4 day old sandwich full stop
