Problem getting Libre sensors for my daughter from Boots in colliery road as they don't have the contract to give out with prescription. Wife found out that this pharmacy on south avenue did. Nightmare getting them 5hrs after I rang and they said they were on the shelf.......only the evening staff couldn't find them as they were put under L and not C.....eventually got them the next day.
Not very happy with this chemist..... unprofessional and would not recommend it, I recommend Rowlands or boots if in prescot, friendly,, helpful honest professional staff....
Great pharmacy.Very quick at processing your peescription, very friendly staff.While I normally use Boots for my prescriptions, I will be switching to this pharmacy.

Fantastic staff with friendly customer service second to none. Where I'll wait for 20 mins or more everywhere else, these will have you in and out with no messing and always welcome everyone. I will never again use the big ones like Asda or boots as there is just no friendliness. Well done chaps you deserve recognition for all you do
