Incompetence on a grand scale. Rented through them for 3 years and nothing was done right... Repairs taking 4 months to do (boiler) despite chasing from us and landlords, rude staff, tenants are treated like people on channel 5 programmes, threats to enter the property if you happen to be away and unable to answer emails for a week. Oh, and once we left, we gave our keys back, they then handed the office keys to the landlord and when the real keys were asked for, they posted them an empty envelope. Don't rent through them and if you are a landlord who wants happy tenants, go elsewhere. It's only our great relationship with our landlords that kept us paying rent.
Landlords stay away from this place. They lied to me about the tenants going in to my property saying that they were on a salary of 30,000 it turns out that they cannot afford the rent at all and we have had to chase them every month. it also turns out that they have a guarantor in place which shouldn't have been necessary if what i had been told about their earnings was true. In addition to this the tenants are in breech of the contract by bringing in a load of unauthorized animals (A family friend has inspected the property - and the animals are causing significant damage) Your Move couldn't care less as long as the rent is being paid and have avoided showing me photographs from the inspection i requested. Very unhappy experience.
