Been using this dentist for some time and had a few problems with them and the rudeness of the dentist lady's on front desk are lovely but young dentsit is horrible today was shouting at his member of staff up stairs will not be returning and will contact NHS about this matter also. As a nervous person with learning disabilities to be treated this way is not acceptable.
Good dentist lovley people but hard work if your habe a pram or wheelchair as reception is downstairs. I had carry my pram down 3 steps on my own to speak with someone. Not ideal

Was looking for a dentist after mine retired last year and i was anxious as i hadnt had any work done for a while. Went to another dentist before this one but didnt feel comfortable. Well, what can i say, walked into this place on Monday, 1st thing , didnt smell like that typical dentist smell. Bonus. 2nd thing lovely waiting area with a tv to make you feel a little more relaxed. Manager came over and told me I'd be going through in a few minutes. Lovely. Final and most important thing the dentist was absolutely lovely and so understanding i felt comfortable straight away, after receiving my check up i instantly made another appointment for my filling which was for wednesday so only had to wait two days which was great as i dont like to worry about things for too long. Turned up on wednesday and i had a different person doing the work which i was informed about , i was so nervous about the injection and the whole procedure but from the second i walked in i felt at ease, kept checking everything was ok and asking me to inform them should i need to stop anything at anytime. Booked appointment for last of my work done which was this morning and i actually had no problems walking in today, straight in without a care in the world and now i am home all done and dusted and so glad i found this wonderful place. Thankyou to everyone here for all the hard work you do and how lovely and caring all the staff are. I feel i have overcome a big fear this week and hopefully it will change my future perception. Much appreciated . Thanks again and see you in 6 months!
