Had appointment today at 15. 40 when i booked appointment said I had lost part of filling got seen at 16.20 in there for 2 minutes got a temporary filling that I obviously didn't need as it fell out at 23.06 have to wait again another 4 weeks for another appointment what a joke would not recommend this dentist think they book everyone one in for five minutes need to look at booking in system I think very disappointed again
Very rude dentist. Worst I have dealt with.
Told to go back in 3 months to review possible proccedure from a lovely man Martin. To be faced with a new practitioner. Money based practice going elsewhere in future
Been using this dentist for a long time and always had problems getting early or late appointment due to work.I booked an appointment on line about a month ago for today at 6.45pmI contracted the Dentist about 2 weeks ago to check that everything was ok and was told Yep just turn up.Well today came and I was contacted by the Dentist to say that my appointment has been cancelled......When I phoned the Dentist back up I was told the was no record about my appointment even though I have a confirmation notice on my phone and that I had already phoned up and was told every thing was good...The lady then said the next late night appointment was 18 Sep 2017..None of this was my fault and it's quite normal for my appointment to get cancelled for some reason...My Fiancee is due for a baby on the next 3 weeks and i will find it hard to find time then to go to the Dentist then.I Will defo consider going to someone else as I find the practise not helpful to people who work 9 to 6 5 days a week and struggle getting out of work,Hense trying for Late night appointment...Not AMUSED...
