Great practice staff always happy to help and friendly. You don't have to wait to long to be seen . Appointments are easy to get at the time you want. Doctors make you feel relaxed and helpful and understanding.
A nasty nurse called Naomi refused to prescribe medicine for me although I was in need. Sacred me by telling me there is something unusual in my water sample she made me jump Next day went and seen a real doctor, she was just a cover doctor but she listened to me and gave me the right medication and prescription, there was nothing in my water sample that the nurse claim to have found. I dont think that nurse should be allowed to prescribe medicine or even seen patients
Heard so many bad reviews about other surgeries. So proud of ours staff are brilliant and doctors and nurses are wonderful never had to wait for long for an appointment .well done
Very helpful. Dr Subramanian is very kindly and thorough. Reception staff are friendly yet professional. Online appointment booking and repeat prescription ordering is very efficient. Highly recommended.
