Although I would agree that the booking system is crazy....(it has improved hugely over the last 6 months and the receptionists are fab!)......the quality of medical care is second to none. All of the medical practitioners are kind ,caring and very patient. Dr Sukhavasi is wonderful.....very caring .Under the constraints of today's atrocious funding,I think they are offering a wonderful service.
Terrible . Trying to book an appointment is a farce. You have to call up on the day, by which point there are usually no appointments. Useless if you have to leave early for work because you don't know whether its worth taking the day off or not. Most of the time you will then be turned away to a walk in centre, You may as well just go straight there instead.Oh and the phone system has a habit of hanging you up as well.UPDATESo they sent me a text informing me that there are now evening and weekend appointments available. Great! I thought they are finally doing something to sort out the shambles of trying to get an appointment. Unfortunately it turns out that the appointments aren't with the practice, they will just try and source an appointment with an out of hours provider. Something you can already do anyway.In short, still useless.FURTHER UPDATESo I needed an appointment for later in the week when I had a day off. Called up and tried to book it, was told I couldn't do that and had to call on the day at 8am.Day later My you son needed an appointment, My other half did what shes been told to do and tried calling at 8am. Phone systems kept hanging up. She eventually had enough and walked over (we 'luckily' live quite close) and upon getting there ,managed to get the one remaining appointment left at 4pm.USELESS
Not arguing that the appointment system is awful, but the doctors and nurses themselves are excellent! I would struggle to find a more professional, caring and competent team to look to when ill. Thank you for looking after my family for the past 20 years.
Great once you manage to get an appointment. Doctors excellent.The booking system is an absolute farce.?what is being done to rectify this stressful and frustrating situation.
